The kitchen boasts stone bench tops, a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a 4-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, dishwasher, and a large double-door fridge. The living/dining area features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a comfy sofa that converts to a bed, and a dining table for 4 people. The living area flows through to the private terrace with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, offering a table setting for 2 and expansive west-facing views of Brisbane.
