"The staff were always quick to respond to questions and requests. My room was very comforable with a king sized bed, hugh desk area. The kitchenette provided a microwave, good size under counter fridge, a kettle, pod coffee maker and even a milk frother. A bit of dust on the top of pictures and ledges was the only fault i found. My kettle was not working and was replaced as soon as i reported it."

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived the service was warm and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and stylish, and our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect for exploring Brisbane. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and it made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you, W Brisbane, for making our anniversary stay so special. 10/10 highly recommended Eve& Scott"
