"The property is a farm in charming countryside. Upon arrival no one expected us. Gentleman in the office did not speak any English. He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity. The staff spent next 1.5 fixing electric power. After the power was fixed, it became apparent that the electric heaters in the our two rooms were not functioning. We had no choice, as to leave this uninhabitable rooms, and go to another hotel. No credit issued by the property. Avoid."

"This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled eggs ever. Felt safe and easy."

"The shuttle to airport was convenient for us as we had a lot of luggage. However it is walkable to the airport. The reception person kindly arranged transport for us into Brindisi and back so we could have dinner and explore the city for $40 ($20 each way) and was very reliable. We were asked several times at what time we were checking in (4:00 pm) and since we were driving, it put some pressure on us to make it there in time! "

"I was really disappointed with my stay here. Although the room was ready early, before the check in time, the room looked nothing like those in the photos. It was tiny, dark, cramped and spartan (just a sheet on the bed). Limited towels and the toilet was leaking over the floor. The WiFi signal was so weak I could not connect to it in the room, when asked reception they just said there was no problem with it. The male receptionist was bordering on rude when he asked for our key back to keep at reception. The bed was comfortable enough but with only a sheet, it was not a very comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was extremely poor also. We had to ask for butter (as there was one left), knives (as there were none) and there was next to no choice with still half an hour of breakfast left. I could not wait to leave, will not be back, and would not recommend. "
