Great hotel and staff. The only issue was the lack of street parking in the evenings (the hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking). It’s in downtown with a lot of shops, which makes it convenient for shopping but tricky to find parking.

This was such a neat experience! Breakfast being included was awesome. Great setup for a big group as there was a middle area to meet up. Views are spectacular. Only complaint was initially accessing the building. But once we were setup, it was great.

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

"This was a very nice hotel with it's own hot spring (although not that hot). The man at the front desk was extremely friendly and the rooms were modern/updated. The views were amazing all around it. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. We don't have anything negative to say about ..."
