Please note: The additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower level will be locked when guests book the upper level only, you will not have access to these rooms unless the full house is booked. CANCELLATION POLICY 2.1 In the event of a Natural Disaster or Government orders including but not limited to weather, illness, flight cancellation, major utility outages or lockdowns that result in cancellation of a booking held our standard cancellation policy applies. It is the guests responsibility to obtain DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover them for such events. By booking with Haus and Heim Accommodation the guest acknowledges the risk of a Natural Disaster or Government orders occurring with little to no notice and accepts the cancellation policy in full. We recommend all guests obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE.
