The property is well located near the Bright township. It can be easily walked by taking a short stroll through the back gate of the property, across the road and over the Ovens river via the river pedestrian walkway. The property is clean and well furnished although the third bedroom, locating a bunk bed, is small and only suitable for children and smaller adults.
