Reviewer Comments: Bright being the mid-point between Melbourne and Canberra, Walkers Retreat was a really lovely place to base ourselves for a family get together. It was convenient for winery tours of the King Valley (love Dalzotto!!)and gourmet wanderings around Beechworth and surrounds.We all enjoyed the very comfortable beds, lovely toiletries, well appointed kitchen and LOVED the big comfy couches! Although it was too hot to BBQ, we did enjoy the outside deck for a sundowner. The dog loved the big yard.
