Walking through the front door you will be instantly greeted by the main living room. With a large wall mounted Smart TV to one side and a wood fire place to another this is the ultimate place to settle in and enjoy time with friends and family. Take the stairs up from here up to the main level where you will find three main bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and additional lounge space. The contemporary kitchen is full equipped with everything you will need to whip up a feast and be completely comfortable during your time here. The coffee machine will be filled with Bright’s famous Sixpence coffee ready for your morning coffee. The stunning 3m Marri Wood dining table provides the perfect space to enjoy mealtime together, but your eye will be instantly drawn to the deck with stunning mountain views across the town. The space provides another perfect lounge to settle into and capture the evening sunset. The property has a beautifully appointed loft with cathedral style ceilings, Smart TV and ample space to relax and unwind. Enjoy time with friends and family around the peaceful surrounds of the outdoor fit-pit while taking in the sweeping views of the valley and admiring grazing kangaroos during the evenings. Children can enjoy the Springfree Trampoline. This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays, part of the Dickens Real Estate group. Bedroom 2 – 1 x King bed Loft Bedroom– 1 x Single 1 x King \*Please note: loft bedroom is upstairs separate from the other 3 bedrooms however the access is an open space with no door to close it off. The house came with all the facilities to have a great stay! My only comment would be I would have loved access to the garage so we didn't have to park outside and walk up the stairs in the rain, access to the to the laundry and have a drying facility for our snow gear. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location at the top of a hill with wonderful views but only a 10 minute walk into the main streets. Big double garage also fitted 8 bikes. 4 bedrooms the master with ensuite and WIR Coped with 8 adults easily although one very large bedroom had an open front off the kitchen area so getting kids down when parents if partying might be a little challenging. The house is relatively new and was in immaculate condition. Had an excellent coffee machine which was well used.
