Clean, with separate shower area and toilet rooms useful. Two bedrooms both a good size. Living area only really has seats for 2 people watching TV, but table seating area close for overflow. The Internet was fantastic and we had no issues connecting our devices or streaming from netflix. It also had easy access to the bike track into town and wasn't too far from the ovens river walking track.
