Both bedrooms have built in robes and smart TV’s, the bathroom is stunning with its walk-in shower and twin vanity. A thoughtfully laid out kitchen with plenty of bench and cupboard space along with a purpose-built breakfast bar, this unit really does have all that you need. The lounge and dining offers space for all 4 guests comfortably to gather inside and when outside beckons, you will enjoy the raised timber decking as you sit under the party lights at the outside dining table with market umbrella. The addition of the roller door turned the carport into a lockable garage that is ideal for a small car or to hang the bikes and there are two options for off street parking. You will also have a secure rear yard space for the kids or the pooch.
