"I'm writing because I'm really disappointed with my stay at your hotel.
The room wasn't up to a decent standard.
The milk that was left in the room was out of date and had gone chunky. I didn't realise until I'd already drunk half my cup of tea, which was absolutely disgusting.
The window was also broken, so I couldn't open it. It was really noisy outside, which meant I hardly got any sleep.
Every time I used the shower or the sink, the macerator kept coming on every minute, making a lot of...
