"The location of this large family house is excellent for exploring the town of Bridlington. The seafront is at the other end of road with only one road to cross with the children. Tesco Express and Morrisons Daily both within easy reach on foot. Parking is fine for three cars, last car in will be first car out. The large sitting room and dining room both with a TV and sofa, allows the party to spread out. The kitchen has everything required for family catering, and dishwasher tablets, tea towels...

"When you first get there the garden is disgusting full of rubbish containers of cooking oil and jugs of disgusting water. Walk through the main door it smells horrible you can see dust all over the carpets and stains the guy answering the door looked like someone who is ferry unkempt his clothes were stained with oil and torn. Walk up the stairs the carpets is very thick with dust walls need painting cracks and paint missing everywhere. The room had 2 beds a double and a single the walls and carpets were not very nice no curtains just broken blinds The bathroom was very small couldn't get in and out of the toilet because of the door the sink needed a good scrub. There was a kettle that needed descaling badly the drinks made from it were awful there's a fridge and a microwave in the room the walls had paint missing all over the place there were cracks in the walls the windows were very dirty. The breakfast was OK choice of cereals toast and tea/coffee the cooked breakfast very greasy"

"We stayed in room 4.just about acceptable considering we were there 3 nights.but shower was disgusting.my partner would not use it.washing herself down at separate sink.even her long hair on last night.l washed myself down in sink also but braved it and had shower on last night.l will say breakfast was good. B4 booking we looked at reviews which were all excellent.must AV been in different BnB to us.we go to brid every year 1st n last time at this BnB.sorry guys but as you know that shower was totally disgusting and unacceptable.l do have pics to back up my findings"

"I stayed at the Chimes for a few days as a solo traveller. Great location for walks around Flamborough and Bempton, and close to the town centre and harbour. Single room's bathroom is next door to the room, but not a problem. Good selection for breakfast to set you up for the day. Donna made everyone feel very welcome and was never without a smile and a kind word. Couple of notes. Limited parking at the front of the property, but plenty of on street parking close by. Single room faces road, so I slept with earplugs, but I am a light sleeper."

"Immaculate property, great value, superb location- what more could you ask for? Book it you won’t regret it. Useful tips - stairs not an issue for us but something to consider if anyone reduced mobility - not steep and handrail, also we liked the electricity metre- very cheap 2 nights around 3!"
