"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. "Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."
