27 sq-m studio with sleeping area for 4 persons on the third and top floor of the residence with lift. A Balcony facing weast with a beautiful view .  
  
Living area with dining area, 1 double bed (2 persons), one sofa, television and storages.  
Kitchen area with vitroceramique hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Washing machine.  
  
SLEEPING CAPACITY:  
Living area: 1 double bed (2 persons).  
Alpine alcove: one set of bunk beds (2persons)  
  
SHOWER ROOM:  
Shower and toilets.   
  
Underground parking and Wifi internet access included.  
  
RENTAL CONDITIONS :   
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.  
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.  
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.  
Deposit required on arrival.  
Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
