Casa Ines with Views of Lake Maggiore

About 300 m from the holiday home, you'll find the center of the settlement with office, bar, restaurant, large swimming pool, children's pool, playground, table tennis, mini golf, and tennis court. Table tennis and mini golf rackets are available in the house. There is a sandbox directly on the property. Washing machine and dryer are available in the settlement for an extra fee. Detergent is provided.



The detached, cozy holiday home is located in a holiday settlement in a chestnut forest above Luino on Lake Maggiore. The spacious terrace offers a beautiful lake view. In the quiet, sunny settlement, the inviting holiday home features 3 rooms: living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms, shower/WC, and a kitchen with dishwasher. It accommodates 4–5 people. The 36 sqm terrace with fireplace, lovely garden, sunbathing lawn, mountain and lake views, and a parking space directly in front of the house ensure comfort. The property covers 600 sqm. For families, a baby bed, bed rail for toddlers, and a high chair are available.



After more than twenty years of my mother and mother-in-law organizing the rental of beautiful Casa Ines, we, Patrick and Claudia Wirz, took over this task at the beginning of 2014. Following the motto "everything stays different," we made small modernizations without losing the house’s charm.
