It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.

Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.

The staff was friendly, but the room service options were quite limited. I wanted a tea kettle for my evening tea and was billed $36 dollars for four tea bags (I requested two and a large kettle of hot water).

We booked based upon the recent past reviews which were all 10/10, but they must have been staying at a different property. I will say the lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. Now the rest. Immediately upon entering the elevator you could see that the focus on the lobby was not extended everywhere. The floor is filthy, the paint is chipped and there were dents everywhere. Our room was the same. The living room was barren with just a couch. The bathroom was in disrepair with rust everywhere, chipped paint, etc. The faucet was leaking all over the countertop. Repairs that were attempted were clearly not done by a professional. The website says there are bathroom amenities and there were not even water glasses. The bedroom was similar in disrepair. The windows are filthy. There are not even any drawers in which to unpack your clothes. The TV remotes require a degree in electrical engineering to figure out. Wires hang everywhere. The breakfast was a basic continental at best. No coffee machine in the room. In summary, this hotel needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Any manager making even a cursory inspection would be appalled. I would never even consider staying there again.

Our stay was an impromptu romantic weekend getaway with my husband. Room was spacious and clean. Slept like babies in the king size bed suite. We took an afternoon swim in the indoor pool. We had a wonderful time having drinks and dinner in the Atrium. Its huge gorgeous plants, soft glow atmosphere with the trickling sound of the waterfall behind us was so relaxing. It definitely set the scene for a magical evening. The boutique movie theater was a delightful addition and brunch the next morning was delicious cherry on top.
