I’ve stayed at other Westin hotels, so. I already know I like them. However this time, I was not pleased to find out there is no bottle water in the room. Coffe maker was not the easiest to operate. I don’t drink tap water so I was not happy about that.

The check in person was CRAZY aggressive trying to upsell me $500/night for a suite. There was some strange noise in the wall from midnight to 3am. Like a cell phone was buried in the wall or something. buzzing/vibration. The bell staff were very nice. LOVED the giant family room.

The property was perfectly situated. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the food kept being topped up even 10 minutes before the breakfast time stopped. The only downside was my daughters suitcase being damaged which the seemed to accept no culpability for… other than that the staff were professional and friendly and the place was incredibly clean.
