About this property

New for 2026! 3-BR house with AC. Walk to town, beach, pool access available.

  • Your getaway awaits in Brewster at this newly refurbished house. The house is newly renovated in 2026 with new floors, new appliances, fresh paint and AC. With three upstairs bedrooms featuring a king, queen, full and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. There is a large open living room and a den with a queen Murphy bed. One full bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Lovely remodeled eat in kitchen with breakfast bar for four and a large dining table. Large deck off the kitchen with propane grill for outdoor dining. Full washer and dryer downstairs as well as two smart TVs.

    The house has is located at the end of a long cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and a large yard perfect for kids to play. The nearest public beach is Ellis Landing, 1 mile away. There is a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas available to use. The property sits very close to the rail trail for easy access as well.

    In the evening cool down in the house and then walk to restaurants, including JT's (0.4 miles), the Kitchen (0.4), Ukiyo ramen (0.4), The Island Blue Crab (0.7), and the Brewster Fish House (1 mile). Or go 1 mile to the Ocean Edge resort for upscale dining!

    In the morning take a walk around town to get coffee and breakfast at the Snowy Owl (0.4 miles), Eat Cake 4 Breakfast (0.6), or the the Hopkin's House (0.5).

    For those interested in a pool and resort amenities, weekly pool and tennis access passes can be purchased at the Ocean Edge Resort as sponsored guests of the owners. This is a separate fee payable to ocean edge for either weekly or daily rates. This allows access to the Ocean Edge Arbor outdoor pool (1.8 miles) and pool bar as well as the indoor/outdoor Fletcher pool (1.6 miles). Tennis court, pickle ball, kayak and bike rental access are also available with the passes at Ocean Edge.

Very nice home in a great location. Property was clean and airy with outstanding air conditioner. Access to Oceans edge was a nice plus. A number of good restaurants within close distance. Overall very pleased!

Lovely renovated home in a terrific location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great common spaces in the house for games and gatherings with family. Great beach gear (including a cart, umbrella, and chairs). The host was very nice and provided a lot of helpful information. We enjoyed the optional pool passes as well. Great time in Brewster!

The house was beautiful and sat on a quiet cul de sac. It would be a wonderful spot for families. Good restaurants within walking distance and a large yard for outdoor games. We did have an issue with the house that required a call to the owner on the middle of the night. The owner was very responsive, showed concern for us as renters, and refunded us a portion of the rental as the issue extended over two days. Otherwise an excellent rental and stay.

We loved our Brewster stay! The location and house was great for town, beach, and the pool near-by. We brought our bikes and could bike (and basically walk) to all! It was a wonderful week and will definitely be back if we're staying in the area. The house was clean and had so much to offer. We had a great time!
