The ground floor comprises a direct entrance into the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher) which opens onto the living room (sofa, sideboard, flat-screen TV, table, chairs), and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom (vanity unit, bathtub, and washing machine). Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm) + wardrobe. Bedroom 2: 2 single bunk beds (90 cm) + shelves. A paved patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, and 2 sun loungers). Private parking. This charming holiday home offers all the necessary comforts and an ideal location just 800 meters from the Parée district, providing easy access to the beach, shops, and summer activities. Within the "Fermes Marines" residence, you'll enjoy a shared heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a children's playground, as well as a mini-market (with a bread delivery service 650 meters from the house) and a restaurant. All you have to do is settle in and fully enjoy your stay! Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included. The accommodations grouped in small pavilions each have an enclosed patio and generally overlook the green spaces. The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool open in high season, outdoor tennis courts that can be used all year round, a playground for children, a pétanque area and a seasonal shopping centre.
