The street leads directly to the garage, from which a door provides direct access to the garden, furnished with everything you need to enjoy relaxing moments with friends and family. Here you’ll find the pool, a hot tub, awnings, and a spacious room equipped with a kitchen (complete with many appliances such as an ice maker, air fryer, etc.), a dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), complemented by a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where the main entrance is located (the two floors are not connected internally).

A short hallway leads to the spacious living room, furnished with a sofa bed, dining table, and kitchen, which opens onto the large terrace offering a sweeping and breathtaking view of the lake.

On this floor, you’ll also find the two double bedrooms and the bedroom with bunk beds, as well as two bathrooms with showers. This area is equipped with air conditioning.

The living room features a double sofa bed that can be used as an alternative to the bunk beds.

An ideal base for active holidays, the property is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi and offers two free parking spaces, one of which is in the garage.

Towels and linens are provided, with weekly changes, and are included in the price.

The villa is equipped with every comfort for a relaxing and peaceful holiday; a cot and high chair are available, as well as four bicycles for free use.

Near the villa, you can rent additional bicycles.

There is also a small workshop with all the necessary tools for minor bicycle repairs and a charging station for e-bikes.
