Great location

Location is very good in terms of being close to northern lake Garda attractions and out of the crowds in the southern part. Property is nice. Not elaborate or fancy. It could use a few more items to decorate and make the kitchen more functional. Reasonably spacious. Some road noise in the front but bedrooms are quiet. Host was helpful. Directions need to be improved.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war wirklich gut. Alles andere ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Küchenausstattung hat Potential nach oben, z.B. Küchenmesser die auch schneiden. Leider haben wir nirgendwo in der Beschreibung gelesen, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Küstenstraße liegt. Glücklicherweise waren nur Küche und Wohnzimmer dorthin ausgerichtet und die Schlafzimmer nach hinten. Man muss es mögen. Mein Sohn und mir hat es gefallen, meiner Frau nicht. Mit Ruhe frühstücken auf dem Balkon war nicht. Aber ansonsten wirklich schön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Optisch ein Traum...

Ich versuche mal ein wenig differenziert die Wohnung zu bewerten. 1. Die Kommunikation mit dem/den Vermieter(n) war immer nett, freundlich und schnell. Allerdings spricht der Vermieter kein Deutsch, aber das sollte in der heutigen Zeit kein Problem sein. 2. Parken: Ja, man muss wirklich die supersteile Straße hochfahren. Keine Angst, es geht!! Oben ist ein Parkplatz, schön nah an der Wohnung. Eine Parkberechtigung gibts vom Vermieter. 3. Die Wohnung liegt über dem von der Hauptstr. zugänglichen Remax und macht dort einen normalen Eindruck. Richtig schön ist der Garten. Ein Traum!!! Dort sind auch Sitzmöglichkeiten für die Gäste. 4. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Großes Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Küche und eingerückten Balkon zur Hauptstr. Hier hört man auch (deutlich) die Autos auf der Hauptstr. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee entschädigt aber für den Lärm. Damit man den Lärm einordnen kann: Wir saßen jeden Abend auf dem Balkon! Teilweise musste man das Gespräch aber kurz unterbrechen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zum sehr ruhigen Garten. Man hört die Straße gar nicht mehr. 5. Umgebung: Magugnano ist klein aber fein. Von der Wohnung zum See sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Direkt am Hafen ist das Restaurant La Roche, hier kann man lecker essen. Richtung Norden findet man das ein oder andere Restaurant. Die Busverbindungen (zumindest im September) sind ausbaufähig und keinesfalls frei von Verspätungen. Hingegen ist der Schiffsverkehr gut organisiert und auch (überraschen) günstig. Negativ: Sehr weiche Betten (ein anderer kann es aber mögen!). Teilweise sehr knappe Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr (wir waren nur zu zweit, dementsprechend reichte es uns aus, für 4 oder gar 6 Personen reicht es nicht!!) Wenn man den Kritiklevel noch ein wenig höher legt, dann wäre eine größere Dusche toll. Ebenso hätten Auflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon das Sitzen angenehmer gemacht. Aber so ging es auch problemlos. Positiv: Es war sauber! Für uns ist das immer ein ganz wichtiger Punkt!! In allen Räumen waren Ventilatoren. Wir haben sie trotz 26-28 Grad Außentemperatur nicht benötigt. Die Wohnung ist also angenehm kühl. Fazit: Ein superschöner Urlaub in einer bis auf Kleinigkeiten sehr schönen Wohnung. Aber wer/was ist schon makellos...

Urlaub am Gardasee

Wir haben hier bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub verbracht. Nette Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage für Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee. Kleiner, gut sortierter Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Metzger und Bäcker sind etwa 500m entfernt. Die Wohnung liiegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher ist es tagsüber auf dem Balkon recht laut. Dafür kann man hinter dem Haus ein wunderschöne Terasse nutzen. Dort ist es deutlich ruhiger. Die Wohnküche ist einfach ausgestattet, verfügt aber über alles, was man für Frühstück und ein einfaches Abendessen braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr, sehr nett und unkomplizert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen!

Schon zum dritten Mal zu Gast bei Tuly

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern, mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht ausgestattet. Alle drei Räume verfügen über einen Ventilator, und der Blick vom Balkon ist so wunderschön, dass man ihn gerne mit nach Hause nehmen würde. Tuly ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die alle Wünsche schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder zu Gast sein können.

Wohnung super Lage. Vermieterin super sympathisch und freundlich. Matratzen und Kissen leider total unge ungemütlich und für sieben Tage ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch definitiv zu wenig. Wohnung im allgemeinen ordentlich jedoch sehr minimalistisch eingeräumt Kissen auf dem Balkon hätten auch nicht geschadet Stühle sehr unbequem

Ausstattung etwas spärlich

Die Wohnung ist groß genug und hat einen schönen Balkon, aber an den Stühlen und der Küchenausstattung wurde gespart. Keine Schere, keine Teekanne, kein Brotmesser und für sechs Personen würde das Besteck nicht reichen. Der Laden direkt um die Ecke ist super und hat ein großes Angebot.

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und sauber. Check in war unproblematisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Durch den Verkehr ist es sehr laut, besonders wenn man den Balkon nutzt. Der Ort ist klein und von daher gemütlich und nicht so voll. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants. Wir haben Wander-und Mountainbiketouren unternommen. Dafür eignet sich die Gegend hervorragend.

Super Unterkunft

Klasse Fewo mit Seeblick. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zum Parken erhält man einen Ausweis mit dem man das Fahrzeug direkt beim Haus kostenlos abstellen kann. Der Ort selbst bietet nur wenig. 3 Lokale am "Hafen" wo man ohne Reservierung oft Schlange stehen muss um einen Platz zu bekommen. Positiv: Direkt an der Fewo ist ein kleiner Supermarkt.

Entspannung pur

Nur ca. 100m zum See! Lebensmittelmarkt quasi im Haus, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Der Verkehr auf der Straße ist zwar ärgerlich und anfangs laut. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Wohnung sehr sauber, neuwertig eingerichtet. Warmes Wasser dauert etwas länger. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!

Fantastic apartment in Brenzone

The property is as described but is bigger in reality. Great size for a family of 4. Perfect, conveniently located apartment. The ceiling fans were great at such a hot time of year, really helped us sleep. The apartment is on the main road so noisy at the front during the day however the Lake views are amazing! We were hardly at the property to worry about this anyway. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so no noise there. Our host was great, we had an easy check in /out and she told us everything we needed to know. Thank you, we hope to be back!
