"After I booked the hotel I read the reviews which were horrible. I almost canceled based on those bad reviews. I’m really happy with the hotel and the hotel staff. I will definitely stay again if I come to Nashville. It was definitely worth it. They accommodated all my requests and I was impressed with the two free drinks daily at Happy Hour. You can’t make everyone happy and I’m not saying this is a 5 star hotel but the cost, location and amenities were perfect for me. "

"The location is great. The staff were amazing. Everything is right outside the hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better location for downtown Nashville. It is kinda loud from honking and whatever, but that was to be expected. You’re better off taking the stairs when checking out on a Sunday. There are only two elevators and they are all jammed up. But, we would definitely stay here again. "
