Holiday Home Munky - What do I have to offer?

On approximately 90 m², I have a spacious living/dining area, a high-quality kitchen with everything you could wish for, a sauna-style bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, a utility room with a washer/dryer, and a small workspace under the stairs. Everything is designed for at least 6 people. From a raclette grill and fondue set to a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, everything is provided; you won't want for anything. Let's see if you like it too.

A few words about the amenities: The entire house has underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, digital cable TV, a DVD player, radio, and CD player, and hopefully enough power outlets to charge your mobile phone. I also think it's great that I have a wood-burning stove and a sauna for the cooler months. Perfect after an autumn or winter walk on the beach. The stairs to the upper floor have a safety gate at the top.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200 cm), a second TV – no more arguments about watching sports on vacation! – and a walk-in closet. You can see it clearly in the floor plan. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200 cm), and bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200 cm). Of course, I also have a travel cot and a highchair for little ones. Children should feel especially comfortable here, so I have a selection of toys and books for you, as well as a wagon and beach toys. Oh yes, and upstairs there's the large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and double vanity.

My terrace has been extended so that it faces south and southwest perfectly. Garden chairs and table, parasol, and barbecue are all ready for use. And then there's the beautiful extra-wide beach chair – très chic! The garden and the entire property are at my guests' disposal. The garden shed houses the handcart and two delivery bikes, so you don't have to walk to get bread rolls in the morning.

Two cars can also be parked on the property.
