"We had a lovely stay. The staff could not have done enough for you. The place is kinda old fashioned but i think that part of its charm. The food served in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast was very high quality and delicious. The staff were wonderful. Apparently the (waiting) staff dont really get many tips, so you may want to tip separately rather at the end of the stay to ensure they get it. It wasnt clear. One little negative, the room was way too hot and took hours to cool with the window open (and i feel the cold). The place is dog friend ly which is nice. "

"I had a lovely sea view double room on the 4th floor. I think it nay have been newly refurbished. It was nice & warm and the bed was super comfortable. One of the lifts were out of order so I used the stairs, but may have be a problem for some as it was quite a wait at times for the lift. Breakfast was delicious but the window seats seem to be reserved for long periods and nobody appears. Seems unfair. Its always nice to look out at the sea when eating instead of the phone."
