Location easy accessible next to the highway. Only 15 min to city center by bike. Breda is great city trip. Receptions staff was very friendly. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only thing I missed was a covered bike shed.

Enjoyed the stay apart from one morning we had no water. whole area was affected, water was sorted very quickly. Breakfast was lovely, transport was a five minute walk. staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Decent hotel outside of the city

The hotel is a little on the older side, but it is decently maintained and comfortable enough. Rooms are of decent size and the outdoor area with the pool are a nice place to relax. The negative thing is the location, if you want to spend time in Breda city center. 30 euros for a taxi each way, and you have to walk quite a bit to get to the closest bus stop. If you're two or more people in the room it's good that the toilet is in a separate place to the shower. No toilet brush though, so that should be fixed. It would also be nice if they offered free bottled water in the room for this price.

Great but needs clean!

Breakfast was really nice. The room was not particularly clean. The bath was particularly bad. It drained very slowly and bits of dirt floated into the bath from the drain. No pillows were put on the sofa bed which didn’t have a proper mattress. The room was tiny for 4 people. The staff were great especially the lady who checked us in. There was a green scum around the pool that really needs cleaning and the pool was unheated. We loved the play bits in the garden- great for families!
