"The property was advertised to have two beds, but the pullout couch is completely broken and unusable. The property was dirty and there were dead spiders in the shower and insect bugs and flies actively flying around the unit. The property manager has failed to issue me a refund so I would like a refund from Expedia as soon as possible. We couldn’t even sleep properly the first night and had to book a hotel that was extremely expensive for the second night. "
