Most enjoyed the view from the sitting area. Bird watching occurred each morning. Five adults stayed very comfortably. Only 2 hot tubs working and they were full of many guests so did not use. They then called and asked if they could rent out the unit as we would not not make it. I agreeded as I was hoping to get 1 night credit. But was not surprised when they did not rent it as I never found it up for rent. Very disappointed as this was not an issue with us traveling but mother nature was the reason and the high ways closed to get to Breckenridge. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and never had a company have ZERO understanding of the situation and just say should have gotten the travel insurance.
