This tri-level, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is perfect for groups of up to six people — and it’s just a two-block to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. Your group asked you to find the perfect place … this is it! You’ll love the tasteful updates throughout this home. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, as well as a gas fireplace to keep you warm after a long day in the snow. The flat-screen TV is great for cuddling up and watching a movie, too. The spacious full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, with seating for five at the table with two more at the bar. You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village (just 1.5 blocks away) for some fun in the sun or relaxing after a day on the slopes. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and two balconies. Second, there was medication found on floor in the master bathroom. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our 1 year old son was crawling on the floor when we found it. Lines on the Snowflake lift were minimal as well. If you rent equipment there is a rental shop right next to the lift and you can leave your gear there at the end of each day. Not a true ski in ski out, but close. If your unit is near 4 o’clock Road, it’s a breeze. If your unit is at the back of the complex, it more than doubles the walk to the Snowflake lift - BUT it puts you very close to the village pool and tubs. ##### Ron M. Enough room for all of us without feeling cramped. It was nice to have a garage as we had snow several time and wouldn’t have had anything to clean off our ginormous rental vehicle had it been snowed upon.
