Pool is small but indoor/outdoor and there are 4 hot tubs, great amenities.My only issue was the phone app based key card system. It failed a few times, and with kids made for some minor issues. The desk cannot give physical cards as its a different management company, but the people that did help me were efficient and excellent. Location is unparalleled two minute walk to the village ski school and Quicksilver lift. Four outdoor hot tubs of different temperatures were great even for smaller kids. I had a really big issue with the Bluetooth key situation. There were times it did not work. Had to wait with my five-year-old not being able to get into the room. The personal guest service was amazing as they came over to give keys. However, upon check-in, it should be an immediate option to get a functional physical key More easily accessible. The rooms need to be cleaned better. The pool was awesome! The rooms need to be cleaned better. The room wasn’t the cleanest. We kept finding long dark hairs all over. The pull out couch was dirty, we had to go down to the front desk management and ask for bedding and pillow cases for the couch because there weren’t sheets or pillow cases in the closet like there should have been. The bathroom hasn’t been swept. The pool was awesome, the kids loved it!
