If you want a cozy, conveniently located condominium, your search is over. What sets this studio unit apart is the king-size bed and the mountain views. This unit appeals to romantic couples or families with one or two children who want to enjoy one of Breckenridge's best locations. The Village at Breckenridge Resort is a ski-in/ski-out property to the QuickSilver ski lift, and you are just steps from Main Street, hiking trails, and more! This unit features a king-size bed and a leather queen sleeper sofa, allowing the kids to join in the fun. This unit is one of the highly desired corner units, offering more square footage and a quieter environment (away from the elevator/open hallways) than the other studio units. After a long day of hiking, skiing, or shopping, unwind in the living area with the HDTV with Comcast/Xfinity OnDemand or connect to your personal devices with high-speed WiFi. Don't forget to recharge for the next fun-filled day by preparing a meal in the equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled with new granite countertops and flooring, you'll find a full suite of appliances and cookware. Start your morning with a pot of coffee. You'll see all the essentials included, such as linens, paper towels, an iron, and more. There are various grocery stores within walking distance of the unit, and the largest, City Market (a Kroger subsidiary), is just half a mile from the condo. In The Village at Breckenridge Resort, you'll feel spoiled with excellent amenities located in the same building, just an elevator ride away. Besides ski-in/out access to the Quick Silver High Speed Ski Lift, you can hit the slopes early or easily access hiking trails. Main Street is just 1/2 block away and features art galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And across the street, you'll find a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system to take you further throughout town or connect you with FREE bus service to other area resorts, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain. Due to the unit's location, you do not need a rental car when traveling in Colorado. I recommend taking the shuttle to Breckenridge. If you have a car, there are three parking options available. Option 1: The Village at Breckenridge offers a heated parking garage for guests at a per-night fee. Parking costs vary by the time of year. Winter rates are $41/night or $51/night. Option 2: I own another unit approximately 150 yards east. If parking is available at this location during the required time, you can park there free of charge. Option 3\. There is parking nearby at the ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle, which makes it easy to get back and forth to your car. I can direct you to ski rental discounts and transportation discounts to and from Denver International Airport via shuttle (no need to rent a car and worry about driving/parking). No Smoking, No Pets, No Exceptions. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules. This condo was just as advertised! Excellent location, and everything I needed for my stay. Full kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is nice size and King bed is very comfortable. Right in the villages, and you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Building has great amenities. You avoid all the peak8 rush by going up at peak9, and if you really hate even short lines you can also walk from here to Beaver Run lift which has no wait (that’s longer walk, we just took Quicksilver up and made sure to get in line by 9am and it’s 15min even when the overall resort is packed). ##### Salil G. The condo is in a perfect location. Walk right out onto the slopes, and right onto Main Street. Easy access to groceries and dining, and in town events. Best Place to Stay in Breck I can't say enough about this place. I stayed at Scott's property for almost a full month. This ski in ski out condo has everything you need. You can literally see the Quicksilver lift from the living room. You can't get any closer. The amenities were great too - multiple hot tubs, heated pool, gym, sauna, steam room, game room, movie room, etc. Two blocks from Main Street where all the action is. Scott was a wonderful host.
