I was pleased to find this listing for two nights at a very good price. The stay itself even outdid my expectations. The condo is roomy and welcoming, and the location is amazing: just a couple minutes walk from the Quicksilver lift, and steps away from many great restaurants and shops.
My wife and I have been coming to breckenridge for a long time. Overall this is a great condo. Just a few things that keep it from being a 5 star rating
Pros: great location, really good for people watching. Pool & hot tub access. Easy access to bars and restaurants. Some people complained about the bed.. it has memory foam on it which we didn’t mind but I can see how some people would not like it. I have slept on worse and harder beds. It wouldn’t hurt for the owner to update it soon.
Cons: so these are all minor issues but keep it from being a 5 star. 1 Too many couches and funky living room setup. Seems to be setup to maximize occupancy. 2. Only one coffee packet even though we were there for two nights. 3. Minimal amount of kitchen accessories. 4. Trash cans weren’t empty when we arrived. 5. This parking garage is really confusing, we were told to look for green wal , but mostly it is a maze of hotel names and paid public parking spots. There is no map or reference point as to where you are. 6. The tvs have Blu-ray player but only one hdmi cable , so I had to play tv tech and figure out why the tv in the bedroom wasn’t working. (How much could an extra hdmi cable cost to?)
So it could totally be 5 star place. But the needs some attention to the cons.
The only thing good about this property is the location.
The only thing good about this property is the location. You are literally steps away from both the slopes and Main Street. That being said this was the least comfortable rental any of us have ever stayed in. We are pretty sure the master bed was made out of plywood, the futon was impossible to sleep on unless you enjoy having a bar in your back. You could not sit on the couches without sliding out. Not to mention we took the bed out of one of the couches and there was what appeared to be a giant blood stain on the sheet. The property management was made aware of this but nothing was ever done to correct. We never opened the other couch for fear of what we would find. Unless all you care about is the location this is not the rental for you.

Vacasa has horrible customer service
The first night the smoke alarm in the bedroom starting chirping in the middle of night forcing us to move into the living room to try and sleep. We called at 3am to hopefully get some kind of help and were told there was nothing they could do and someone would be there first thing in the morning to repair. In the morning we went to the main desk and were met with a young man who could have cared less about us or our issue. He had no record of our call from 3am and told us he would get someone up to fix it when he could(he did state he would try and make it the first order). About noon we got a call from the tech asking us what was going on so we explained it to him again. He went ahead and removed the detector from the wall as it was malfunctioning. We pretty much didn't have use of the room until around 2pm. On night 2 about the same time as night one (3:30 am ish) the smoke detector in the living room started going off the same way the other one did the night before. They are hard wired to the home so we could not remove it or get it to stop. We just got up, went to breakfast and checked out early. We called to let them know about the situation and they could have cared less. We effectively got about 1/2 day use of this home and when we asked if we could get some sort of compensation for all the trouble we were met with we will have to have someone else look into that. They ultimately gave us a little less that 10% of what we paid for the two nights which seems like why bother. The bigger issue for me was that it seemed like no one cared at all. While the room is nice, we will never be back because of the attitude of indifference we were shown. Vacasa should be ashamed

Very good. Nice furniture but damaged and worn, but wouldn't keep me from renting again. Great location and amenities.

Great location, needs repairs and cleaning
Loved how spacious this place was and how convenient to the slopes it is! However, it was not fully cleaned when we arrived (food stuck in sink, sticky stains on chairs, hair in shower and bath, etc) and things were falling apart. 2 of the 3 sets of blinds in bedroom were broken, several of the kitchen cabinet doors/drawers were coming off, shower door is very loose, and some of the furniture/lamps appear to be in rough shape (cracked, missing switches, etc). Also, when we tried to use the oven, black smoke came billowing out and set off the smoke detector. We ended up having to scrub the oven insides and the heating unit because there was food stuck on everything and that was burning when we used the oven, so we had to clean it all to be able to use the oven. Overall relatively satisfied with the stay given the walking distance to peak 9, but for this place to be truly worth the price it needs some repairs and for it to be adequately cleaned.
We were able to park and walk everywhere in Breck. The location is unbeatable. The hot tubs and pool were very relaxing and fitness room were great. A couple minor maintenance issues in the bathroom need to be addressed by management, but we’d stay here again and hopefully longer.
Great Place in a perfect location. Clean and a lot more spacious than we expected!

1 bedroom condo walking distance to skiing and town
Comfortable 1 bedroom condo with extra pull out sofa beds. Great views! Older furniture but worked fine. The only negative- the shower door doesn’t work well ( hard to open and close- needs to be fixed). Walking distance to ski lift and the shops.
We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very clean, and it's in a great location, the staff members were great. The only con is that the apartment is very outdated.
