You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. This 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 people — and with both bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples/families to share! Stepping into the living room, you’ll love the sight and sound of the Blue River from your deck. You’ll enjoy the gas fireplace, too! The fully equipped kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table has seating for up to eight, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. This condo is in a great location, easy walk into town. The unit is spacious and airy with lots of light, looking out onto open space and the river. We had wonderful stay, and the space fit our family of four very comfortably- with room to spare.

Great ski in ski out condo

This is our second stay at this condo. We like proximity to the runs at the base of peak 9 because we have 2 young grandchildren and we can walk to the lifts. The condo has a nice view of the pine trees and a river. It is spacious and we love the high ceilings and open feel to to it. We will definitely stay here again,!the

We loved the unit location with close proximity to town alongside the river. Unit was equipped with everything one would need to cook & enjoy meals. Plenty of towels and extra little treats - comfy beds provided good night's rest in quiet location.

Breck in the Summer

The condo worked out well for our family of 5. We loved the location and enjoyed listening to the river through the windows. We were even able to see a bear outside of one of the windows. Great spot and we would definitely book here again.

Good times in Breck!

We really enjoyed our stay in breck at this property. The location and space at this property was amazing! We all had our own bathrooms. Bedrooms and were a short walk to the quicksilver lifts to get on tye slopes quickly and easily. The shower doors need some attention, but iverall woudl 100% stay again.

Great locatiin!

Very nice almost new condo. About a 5 minute walk to the ski lift, less than 10 minutes to downtown Breckenridge. 3 full bathrooms is a great bonus plus a washer and dryer in the unit. We plan to come back next winter.

This property easily accommodated a group of 6. We loved that the master and guest room had their own on-suites and that the loft area had a full main bath. Bonus was the stackable laundry unit.

Everything was great, and an easy walk to the slopes. Great ski in and out location, once you park your car you won’t need to take it anywhere else. Only downside condo shares hot tubs with large complex, don’t expect to go during peak hours

This is a very nice place, I would recommend rating this as 4 adults and 4 kids or something other than sleeps 8. It does not sleep 6 adults very comfortably. I would recommend replacing the cheap beds in the second bedrooms with two queen beds. This is a very nice place in a nice location. The service was outstanding -- very responsive to our questions (within minutes regarding wireless access...). The master suite was very nice. For 6 adults, we would much prefer three nice beds - the master King and two queens vs. the current 2nd bedroom set-up. Very nice hot tub set-up at the complex also. We forgot Olive Oil, so it was great to see a few small items available for our use.

Couldn't have been happier!

This was such a beautiful, spacious place with a lovely view and soothing sounds from the river. It's very easy to walk into the town along the river path, and driving is easy too. We loved the whole town and rented electric bikes from Annie at "Ridden." We walked there and had a quick lesson and took off toward Frisco on a nice bike path. We are not strong bike riders, but it only takes about 5-10 minutes once on the path to get comfortable with the bikes. We also played tennis at the local Rec Club a couple miles away. They have daily morning clinics with racquets to borrow. It was very fun and the pros were welcoming. We had a great time overall and loved relaxing in the condo in the late afternoon and evenings. It's a really special place, and we appreciated the "check in texts" after we arrived to confirm satisfaction. We were very satisfied!!! Thank you!

Very Basic Apt, Nothing exciting

This property is just okay. It is a walk-up on the 3rd floor in the farthest corner of the building which was quite difficult with all of our luggage. It had a well stocked kitchen and met basic needs. The location is great as there is a back trail that makes it a short walk to the base of Peak 9 which was probably the only major positive. I feel as though I could've probably found something nicer with better management for a comparable price. We had issues with the kitchen sink where the water would not come out of the spout. I called the office before 7pm on a Saturday night and begged them to send someone since we had just cooked a meal so kitchen was full of dishes from 7 people. We also had 2 small children (/ 3yo) that had milk cups to be washed and they refused to send anyone since it was "not emergent enough." The next day, I received a call/text around 10am to clarify the issue. I did not get around to calling them back until about noon. When I did, they said it was not a priority and would probably be several hours despite my requests and explaining we needed it repaired. It was not until I asked what the plans for compensation were given the major inconvenience that they sent someone immediately. There were also tons of other little things around the apartment that did not work. Many lights and bulbs did not work. One of the remotes for the TV did not work so we had to use one from the bedroom. Basically, I would just plan to sleep here and make basic meals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. It's a 4 minute walk to the slopes. You go down the stairs and walk along a beautiful river until you hit the bridge. From ther,e you walk up a very small hill to the quicksilver chair. The condo itself is good-sized. The two bedrooms are large. The master has skylights. Bring eye masks if you're sensitive to light in the morning. When we were there, the master bathroom had yellow mold on the ceiling. The rollers for the glass sliders on the shower were broken, making it very awkward to get in or out of the shower. Even more, to turn on the shower, you needed to pull the lever on the faucet after getting into the shower(the faucet was also loose!). So you needed to do a very awkward stretch or get blasted in the face with water. The guest bedroom has a large TV, bunk beds, and a day bed. The bunk beds are noisy but comfortable. The bathroom fan is essential in the guest bathroom as any steam will set off the smoke alarm. When we were there, this wasn't an issue as the handle to the shower faucet was broken and would spin freely without turning on the water. Luckily, we were able to use the other bathrooms! The guest bathroom in the hallway is a convenient bonus. It would have been nicer if the door closed all the way. The shower doors in this bathroom are also broken, but just the handle the towel rack -- at least they open and close easily. The kitchen had most of the items you'll need for an extended stay. However, watch out for the flooring, as the linoleum is peeling and is a tripping hazard. I'd be careful if you invite elderly or frail people to the condo. The living room has a fantastic view of trees and the river. Like the kitchen flooring, the carpet probably needs to be replaced soon, as it has many stains and is uneven underfoot. Overall, I would highly recommend the location, but I would be careful about the caveats above.
