With 4 O’Clock Run and the National Forest just outside your back door, it’s a fantastic year-round spot for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and more. There’s everything you and your group need for a fantastic mountain retreat! This nice decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. When you walk in, you’ll immediately get a taste of a true mountain home from the décor. In the living room, enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa sitting next to the gas fireplace, or curl up on the cozy couch and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up some great meals in between activities. Has 5 beds seperated from the main living room, which was great for a group of 5 adults. The hot tub is a 4-5 minute walk outside to a shared area, which is tough if its cold outside but not too bad otherwise. The lift is about a 5 minute hike up the hill, or you can use the free shuttle to go there or a different lift.Weird thing though, they wouldn't give us the code to the back door? The back door that leads to the ski slope. They specifically said we shouldn't be using it, on a place that's specifically listed as ski-in/out. ##### Zach R. Reviewer Comments: We found this condo to be a great place to stay in Breckinridge. The location is good for skiing back to the back porch. We had three couples in our party and everyone loved the location. Convenient to walk into town for dinner. Ski equipment rentals less than a block away. Bus stop less than that. We had massive snow fall before and during our trip and it piled up on the back deck. The only complaint is with the management after the heavy snow. They only remove snow in the parking lot and to some degree the sidewalks. Someone had made off with the owners snow shovel, so we couldn’t do it ourselves. The place had everything we needed for a ski trip. Ski in location was great, walk to lift wasn't bad at all, and easy walk to town for dinner and shopping. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
