The listing photos may not yet reflect this upgrade. - Amenity Maintenance: The shared pool and hot tubs are scheduled for a brief closure for a few weeks starting in late April/early May 2026, and then again prior to ski season 2026. - While we adore furry friends, please note that our HOA doesn't permit pets for guests.

We had a great stay in condo building B unit 5. The place was spotless and had every item a family would need, from all the essentials to kids games and boot dryers. The condo location is an easy and quick walk to Main Street or the feeeride bus stop. Host provided tons of local and helpful information and was always just a quick message away. Laundry facilities were clean and close with a phone app for quick payment and alert when completed. This condo checked all the boxes and then some on a renters list. Thanks and I hope to return.
My family and I had a great time at Breckenridge and a lot of that was because of our stay at his condo. It is very close to the Peak 9 chair lift which is great for beginner skiers. My children used the pool house daily after a long day of skiing. The condo itself was warm, inviting, and clean. Mike, the host, was incredibly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend the condo!
We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo, in great condition. Nicely updated decor. It was also nice that the host left laundry supplies, coffee etc. for the guests, whereas that has become more of a rarity in some VRBO units. Would definitely stay here again! Don't recall if the listing indicated, but the parking was free for two vehicles.
