This ski-in retreat is the perfect home away from home to enjoy all the Ten Mile Range has to offer, right on the 4 O'Clock Ski Run, and the ideal place to relax and enjoy spectacular mountain views. This condo was recently updated and totally redecorated including a kitchen remodel with all new appliances, two fully-remodeled bathrooms, new tile floors, all new carpet, a new Maytag washer/dryer, plus an authentic wood-burning fireplace for that real mountain feel (firewood provided). The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar and adjoins the dining room. The living room, with spectacular mountain views, features lots of comfortable living space with oversized furniture, all done in a cozy lodge decor, a big TV, and a stereo with an iPod dock.  
  
The primary suite features a full bath, ample closet and storage, and a TV. The second bedroom, across from the full hall bath, has a dresser and plenty of closet space. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids or single adults with four beds, a big dresser, a hanging closet, hooks galore, nightstands, and lights for each.  
  
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!  
  
Things to Know  
This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor. - 40 stairs total There are no elevators on property.  
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.   
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.  
This rental is located on floor 3.  
  
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Breckenridge

Property was clean and check-in was seamless as we arrived after the property office had already closed. Kitchen facilities were well supplied, and the office was quick to satisfy any additional cleaning supplies. With no elevator, accessing the top level of the complex, where this unit is located, is a good workout for all but can be a challenge if physical limitations exist amongst the guests.
