I was looking for a property within walking distance to lifts and also downtown, and this one was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size for our family of 3\. We loved sitting by the fireplace each evening apre ski, and enjoyed a dinner as well as breakfast in, due to the well equipped kitchen. We also had the option to walk to many great restaurants and shops and we did that as well. The garage was also so appreciated as we got a lot of snow during our stay. And the elevator was handy for hauling all of our gear. We had such a great time enjoying Breck for a few days that we are planning to make this an annual long weekend. This property was dated, but very clean. The fireplace in the living room was perfect. Easy access to town and the slopes. I cannot give it 5 stars because the beds were the worst. The larger beds were hard as a rock and the twin was a giant marshmallow. Being to get a good nights sleep after skiing is too important. We tried multiple times to get in touch with management to figure out if they could remediate our stay or at least receive a late checkout, but no one answered the front desk line or any of our numerous emails. We ended our stay getting rushed out from the room even before we were ready and without notification given the circumstances.
