Spring Haven is a unique 2-bedroom + lofted suite, 2-bathroom private home that comfortably accommodates up to six people. It’s the perfect place to bring the family or two families to experience life in the mountains. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, this stylish home in the woods is located in Blue River where you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the woods, but you’re close enough to hit the town for a delicious dinner and drinks or a great day of skiing. The living area is spacious with vaulted ceilings, exposed timber trusses, and a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace and comfortable couches for relaxing while you enjoy the views through the large windows. There’s also a flat-screen TV for watching a movie or the morning snow report. The attached dining room has a nice dining room table with enough room for six people and there’s room for three more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a memorable meal for everyone in your group. The layout provides plenty of space to spread out after a long day exploring the local trails and eateries. One evening we had 2 moose walk through the front yard and the following evening we saw a momma bear and her cub. Close to town and you can access the Blue River trail from the neighborhood. It's a good layout with lots of space and comfortable bedrooms. We had four people here for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen had everything we could need for cooking. It's also a convenient drive into Breck but a nice separation for a cozy cabin feel. Our only complaint was the wifi and TV, which only worked about 20% of the time. Lots of games to play, which we did every night. The area was close to town and we did discover there was a walking trail close that would take you into Breckinridge, from one of the neighbors. There was a lot to do in the summer and we will definitely plan a future trip. ##### Stacey M. The shower on the main level did not work properly. Either the water was cold or hot. The house/linens smelled dusty and had quite a few light bulbs burnt out. ##### Trevor B. This home is perfectly fine and in a nice small neighborhood just outside of breckenridge. The home had not been cleaned nor was ready for us at the agreed upon time of arrival. Communication with the property company was very difficult. The home advertises cable/internet/satellite which did not work more than 90% of the time we were there. I was told to “adjust my expectations” as xfinity had done all they could do. Our phone service is with verizon which did not work in this area either. No solution was ever offered and numberous calls, emails and texts were never answered in a timely fashion. We had booked a 3 week stay and left 5 days early, and still have never heard from summit mountain rentals. Very disappointing as our experience with vrbo up until now has been wonderful. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property. ##### elizabeth c. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a cute cabin in the woods for a week and this was perfect. enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning. close to hiking and downtown.
