Come and experience one of the largest and favorably located ski-in ski-out condos in Breckenridge. Skiwatch 432 is located above the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chair lifts on Peak 8. It’s the largest and only penthouse unit @ Skiwatch, and an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group (accommodates 2 to 12). Compare our beautiful unit to One Ski Hill Place, The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 or Crystal Peak Lodge on Peak 7, and you will find there is no better value for a premium true ski-in ski-out Condo in Breckenridge.

The unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths/1 3/4, a great room and a loft entertainment room on the 2nd story (over 1,600 square feet). The new renovation includes: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated slate floors, and is professionally decorated with all the right touches -- a perfect home away from home.

Enjoy the comfort & convenience of being right on the slopes and having immediate access to a variety of trails -- novice, intermediate, advanced and expert runs. There are two high-speed quad chairlifts directly below Skiwatch, The Colorado and Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Simply put on your skis and glide 100 yards down the mountain to catch a ride.

Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2,908 total acres availabe, and is positioned in the middle of Breck’s 5 Peaks: 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10. Peaks 6 through 10 are connected by lifts and skiable trails to Peak 8, and Peak 8 is by far the best location to easily access and enjoy the entire ski experience. Peak 8 Children's Ski & Snowboard School is located at the base area below Skiwatch. Breckenridge lift tickets are booked through Epic Pass which includes North American and International Resorts located around the world. There is an Epic Summit Value pass which allows skiing at Breckenridge and Keystone, worth looking into for skiing more than 3 days.

The building has attached, private, covered parking on two levels, so no need to worry about the elements. In the past few years, the building has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations to update décor and improve appearance. For elevator access, park in the second garage close to the entrance.

Skiwatch #432 was a great place my husband and I and two other couples to experience Breckenridge! Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for meal prep and the view from the living room and deck was spectacular!Our friends were very impressed and were still thanking me on the way home for finding such a lovely spot for our vacation!The hosts, Brian and Amy, were prompt and helpful responding to my questions. Thank you guys for everything- we’d love to come back!

Best location for Peak 8- True ski in ski out

Stayed 4 nights with 7 guests. Could have fit a couple more if we used couches or pull outs but this felt very spacious. Was only a short walk to gondola into town and market which stops running at 5pm but plenty of time to get in a last run and make it down town. Had plenty of extra kitchen spices , humidifiers, and blankets. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was Kleenex and extra toilet paper but otherwise everything was perfect for our stay!

Great Getaway to Tucson

Amy was a great host and was very responsive. The condo is the best location - really close to Peak 8 base, true ski in/out with ski lockers. The condo is very well equipped with anything you could need. Lots of extra towels, blankets, etc. All cooking equipment is available. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Condo is beautiful, just as described. Truly step out of the ski locker room and onto the slope. If you really want an onsite gym this is not the place, makes sense why it’s barely mentioned.

Great base for all the fun of Breck

The condo was well decorated and equipped and had a great view of the activities of Breck Resort. You can ride the gondola into town as well. We had 2 adult couples and the unit was perfect. There is a second floor with additional bed and bath that we didn’t use, but would easily accommodate a third couple or collection of kids.
