When you book this charming abode, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! (subject to availability) Check out the weather conditions in the morning with your view of the ski hill and your outdoor deck thermometer. Step out your back door and walk to dinner across the picturesque one-block stretch across the Riverwalk Park to the middle of downtown Breckenridge. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, and a CD player. The kitchen is well-equipped to satisfy everyone. The extra windows in this end condo bring in lots of natural light. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a private ski locker. Things to Know Wood is provided This unit is located on the lower first floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. Subject to availability. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
