Cozy little spot next to the lift. Very clean and tidy. Few minor things could use some updating but reasonably priced. Will stay again!

Location Location
This property is on the first floor, right off the snowflake live, and right next to the parking garage. You can't get a better location that this. The lodge guest area is right out the front door which rarely gets used. We had a great ski vacation and would highly recommend.
The location is amazing and the condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. There were a few issues with the washing machine being broken, the door of the washing machine closet off its hinges, and the thermostat, somewhat broken. Contacted company but the response was slow and the washing machine never was fixed.

Excellent vacation property!
Riverbend 001 is a fantastic property for a family ski vacation! The location can’t be any closer to Snowflake Lift - right out the door and down the path! The unit is clean, spacious and well maintained. Wonderful fireplace, full kitchen and great patio…. washer/dryer inside the unit was a HUGE convenience! Hot tubs and saunas at Riverbend are a great treat after a big day on the slopes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it …can’t wait to come back again!
great location: access to town, lifts, etc. Easy administrative coordination. great parking with heated garage. Only opportunity was the unit was a little "tired", in line with the reviews we read prior to booking. Overall, very happy,
Great location and space for family of 6. However the beds need updating. I inquired about past comments from other guest and rep said they have been remedied. However they were not. Master bed is dated and they tried to cover it up with a pillow top cover which did not work. Twin beds are also cheap and hard as a rock. I would book this lactation again if they get new beds but how will you know? If you need good bedding for back issues look elsewhere!!
This was a good condo for snowboarding, we only had a couple issues with the one shower not putting out hot water, and the washer and dryer being broken, and when a maintenance technician came by he accidentally flooded the entryway while looking at the washer, but all of these issues were promptly addressed and properly compensated. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great Location but worn & dirty
Condo in good building and in good location. Drawbacks, condo is worm and dirty, tried to use patio but coved with polin/dirt and spider webs
Furnishing are a bit dated, but we came to ski, not hang out in the condo. Ground floor unit, super close to indoor parking spot and the lift. I will book again next ski trip.

Location amazing!
Location great but a few things need to be fixed in master bath, shower door does not close and handle fell off shower when turning on. Master bed mattress was very uncomfortable but for one night, we made it. We loved the layout of unit and location. Would come back if things were fixed and bed was updated.

Nice location but needs some attention.
This unit was not far from town but it had a very musty smell and we couldn't get the TV to work. It would have been nice to sit outside and drink my coffee but the porch was very dirty so we couldn't use it.

Great location, terrible property management
The unit is close to Snowflake lift, but in disrepair with terrible property management by Vacasa. The washer was broken and we were without the ability to wash clothes or towels while very sick and vomiting. We made dozens of calls to Vacasa "customer service," spending hours requesting towels and washer repair. It took 3 days for them to provide clean towels and no repairman ever arrived. The unit was dusty, the carpets were filthy and there was imbedded grime in the corners of floors. With proper cleaning and updates this could be an excellent rental, based on location and views. I feel badly for the owner because this was not their fault. The terrible, frustrating experience we had with non-responsiveness was ENTIRELY the failure of the property management company,

Loved it despite many shortcomings
Looked at these pictures, and immediately fell in love with it. Would go back in an eyeblink, but nonetheless there were shortcomings in maintenance and service.
Carpet was dirty, shower door kept jamming or coming off the track, window cranks fell off both inside and outside the condo, wand for blinds also kept falling off.
Management was indifferent. It took 2 days to get a burnt-out lightbulb changed and 2 service trips before they brought the right ladder to change it.
Door locks are accessed with a 4-digit code. One day we returned home only to be locked out because no one told us that the code had changed.
What is worse -- management somehow didn't know what the correct code was, so we lolled about town in the meantime.
But you just can't beat this place for cozy charm and wonderful views.
The first day I had altitude sickness and spent the day helplessly thrown onto the couch you see in that picture.
I was not good for much at the time, but enjoyed the beautiful view you see there.
As a bonus, the condo is set on an easy hiking trail. All day, just by looking out that window, I could see a stream of hikers -- couples, families, solo hikers, pets -- as they hiked.
It made being sick kind of fun.
Loved the attached porch, where you could also see the hikers. If you turned the porch chair sideways, you had a lovely mountain view.
Kitchen was extremely well-equipped.
Beds were not all that comfortable, but it only really bothered me when I had altitude sickness.
First floor location was ideal for us seniors.

Great Location but dated and a few problems
The Pros:
This location is great for a near ski-in ski-out opportunity. You walk less than a minute to get to the lift.
Parking garage is heated and not a far walk at all.
Hot tub is close and spacious.
Kitchen was pretty well stocked and living quarters are nice. It did have two microwaves, but one of the clocks didn't work
The Cons
Major problem w/the "radiant" aka floor heat in the master bedroom. It didn't work so much of the time the temp was in the 50's or 60's inside.
Gas fireplace didn't work and took several call and two separate visits to get it working.
There wasn't any instruction information w/the unit at all. Carpet had many stains on it.
One of the chairs in the living area must have been over 20 years old as all that padding in the arms were gone.
The unit is very, very dated.

Great location but a little run down.
This is our second time in 3 years staying at Riverbend Lodge #001. We love the units view, location and garage. However there were several things broken, the guest bathroom shower had no hot water which made it very inconvenient to get ready. The coffee pot is broken/missing a piece so coffee grounds end up in your pot and cup. There needs to be a power strip in the master bedroom so you can put the lamp on next to the bed and charge your devices. The master bedroom is very dark, even with great windows. The Pro Care humidifier doesn’t work. Also it would be nice to have basic kitchen condiments like salt/pepper.

Unbeatable location
We loved the spaciousness of this 2BR/2BA condo on the first level of Tyra Riverbend…literally steps to the Snowflake Lift, hot tub, gym, sauna and steam room. Heated underground parking. The owners were not responsive to questions about the unit. It was well stocked with bedding and humidifiers, which we really appreciated in dealing with the dry, cold, mountain air. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of dish/glassware/pots/pans/utensils but had no cooking spray or other basics that each renter will have to purchase on their own.

Acceptable but room for improvement
While this was not the original property unit we had booked (our property unit unexpectedly had a water issue and was unavailable 4 days prior to the trip) it was definitely clean, had all the required amenities, and right out side was a beautiful trail for some hiking. The negatives, the roof construction. We weren't aware of the construction until after re-booking from the original property. The construction and materials is right outside this unit and loud until 8 p.m. the first night. Lastly, as a prior review noted, the beds definitely need to be upgraded as they are not all that comfortable. Overall the stay was acceptable, the weather great, and Breckenridge did not disappoint.
