We had a very good time at this house! The house had plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 children. The hot tub was a hit as was the downstairs living area. Loved the kitchen and primary bedroom. The house stayed hot though pretty much all the time (lacked air circulation on bottom floor. The beds however were terribly uncomfortable. Everyone was unhappy with them. And the living room seating was insufficient for 13 people. When u pay 22k.you expect the beds to be someone comfortable and the living room be adequate for seating a large group. Also, kitchen lacked utensils.
