• Located in the Peak 9 Inn building in the Village, at the base of Peak 9 and next to the Quicksilver lift. *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • Studio features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. • Full kitchen open to the living room equipped with everything needed to make a full meal. • Large bathroom with a double vanity, toilet closet and separate shower/tub area
Parking: Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.

Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided at the pool and in the fitness center.

Other things to note » Maximum occupancy (4) cannot be exceeded at any time. » There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend that guests refer to the CDC website for more information on visiting high altitudes. » While all facilities are scheduled to be open year round, they are managed by the HOA and unexpected closures may occur. We will try to communicate any known closures but cannot guarantee that all the amenities will be open at any given time. » Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » The minimum age to rent is 21. » Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

The place was perfect. It was comfy and had all the necessities for a ski vacation. The place is close to the lifts. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
We had a great time. The unit is compact, but very nicely updated. The location is our favorite- walkable to everything and so close to quicksilver lift for easy ski access.
