Brand new completely remodeled studio condo in the best location! Features: • Studio features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. • Full kitchen open to the living room equipped with everything needed to make a full meal. • Large bathroom with a double vanity, toilet closet and separate shower/tub area Location: • Located in the Peak 9 Inn building int the Village, at the base of Peak 9 and next to the Quicksilver lift. • Walk just 1 block to some of Breckenridge's finest restaurants • Coffee shop Unravel located just across from the condo building in the Gravity Haus building • Plenty of shopping nearby with quirky stores like Ohana and Marigold's Farmhouse Funk and Junk PARKING: Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved. The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, towels and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets. PLEASE NOTE: • There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!). • There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months. • This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft.
