Creekside/ Walk to Town Dog Friendly 1BR!

Limitless natural beauty - nestled near pine trees amid a mountain stream, ski in from Peak 8 and minutes to historic downtown Breckenridge to enjoy great shopping, dining, nightlife and everything Breck has to offer.. The balcony boasts views of a peaceful stream on the creek snuggled in pines.

In the winter, walk 1000 feet to the Snowflake lift or to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing/snow-shoeing or walk half a block to catch the shuttle providing access to all the Peaks. Apres ski soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in the sauna alongside the creek watching skiers headed down Four O'Clock Run.

In the summer, step outside to all level hiking and biking trails. Plan to cookout and enjoy the natural beauty with picnic tables and charcoal grills along the creek.

Pet-friendly and please request at time of booking. For $35 per night this is not only an inexpensive option for you (since most kennels are more) but you have peace of mind having your pet with you instead of with a stranger.

Early and late checkout is also an option for $20 each, please request at time of your booking.
There is a $25 (per hour) fee for check out after 10:00am

Property features include coffee amenities/snacks, humidifier, fan, blow dryer, hotel quality bedding, full stocked kitchen, wifi, and Xfinity with 2 Smart TV's.

Please note: Unit 205 is located on the second floor of the building and runs a little warm due to its proximity to the laundry room and sauna below. If too warm, you may have to open a window. Unit 205 is located near the property entrance and sometimes noise can be heard from guests entering/exiting the property.

Transportation: Upon arrival, you can park your car and walk to shopping, dining, grocery and skiing. Free town shuttle or hop on Summit Stage to Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin. Epic Mountain Express is available to shuttle you to and from DIA or Eagle Cty. Airport.

Parking: One unassigned parking space is allocated for the unit.

Host interaction: I live in Denver so I will not be there to greet you personally however, we are available to answer any questions by text, phone or email and give recommendations and attend to any issues you may encounter during your stay. Emergency contact emailed before your arrival.

We really enjoyed our time here! The great location made it easy to walk right onto Main Street as well as to the gondola. The house was very clean and cozy and has a great view looking off the back porch. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus! Would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay with our dogs. The condo was exactly as it was described!! The bed was comfy, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. It was a 10 minute walk to Main Street which was nice for our food needs. Definitely will stay here again!!

The unit I stayed in was clean and well appointed. I was creek side and had a nice view of the creek and back yard area. Noise was a little bit of an issue, but not a deal breaker. The condos are within walking distance to main street so that was nice. All in all, we had a nice stay.

My family loves to come up to Breckenridge a few times a year. This condo has been one of our favorite stays. The place was perfect for our family and dog. We loved being able to sit on the deck and listen to the river that’s right there. The condo is close to several hiking trails that are easy enough to do with kids. And a close walk to Main Street! Communication with Suzy was great. She was very responsive. We’ll remember this place for future stays!

My sister, her French bulldog and I stayed in this unit for a ski weekend. The unit was extremely clean, the space was well utilized, and Suzy was an amazing hostess. The unit is a quick walk to the Snowflake lift to start the day, then you can ski right to the back of the property at the end. We loved the hot tub in the evenings and the quick walk to town for shopping and food. I would highly recommend this until for a weekend in Breck with a friend or significant other!

This place was just perfect for my son and I and our dog. 10-15 walk to downtown or 5 min drive. The place is adorable and very clean, the bed and pull out sofa bed was very comfortable! The porch as a beautiful view overlooking a nice place to relax and walk your dog right next to the creek. The outdoor hot tub and sauna was such a nice addition after a long car ride too! The owners are very friendly and made the stay so easy, we would definitely stay here again. :)

Every year, we book a pontoon boat on Lake Dillon. We live in Denver so it is typically a day trip. This year, we decided to make a weekend of it. We looked at several VRBO’s online that could accommodate 3 adults that was also dog friendly. We settled on this one because of the rave reviews and proximity to town. This experience exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfy and the communication from the owners was top notch. This is a great place to stay with your pup and walk to Main Street, Breckenridge. The shops and the majority of the restaurants are dog friendly as well . We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed the location of this unit as it faces the back of the property which is so stunning to sit out back on the patio and listen to the stream. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, which was an amenity we wanted, and we felt safe here. It was within walking distance to Main Street, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere besides going to the store or to hike! Overall, it was a great place for what we were looking to do in breck, and I would totally stay here again! I thought the bed was comfy and the interior was cute and cozy!

I appreciated the fans in the condo as it kept the condo nice and cool! Kitchen well stocked and bed so comfortable! It was so nice to be right on the creek but be aware that you are right above the hot tub so was a little noisy in the evening. The location was perfect.
