It was a great location and wonderful house for the whole crew. We were blessed with lots of fresh powder; great for skiing but not great for driving. Make sure you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle in the winter months - the driveway is on the steeper side and you will need it to get up when there's snow on the ground. There is not any street parking - the sheriff was around ticketing cars that were in the way of the plows. ##### Matt H. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Imagine waking up each morning and stepping out into a beautiful forest, with trails waiting to be explored just across the street. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, with ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped. Could add better mattress. We had 3 families and this house provided ample space for kids and adults. HotTub is a little smaller but did serve us well. The outdoor space is well maintained also. We liked the proximity to Breckenridge the most because it saves time to travel. The company provided us extra humidifiers on our request and were very communicative for our check-in and check-out process.
