Here's what we loved about this condo: location and ease of access to the shuttle us. The floorplan/set-up was also perfect for 4-5 people. THAT'S ALL. Here's the rest of the Review: We arrived to find the parking arrangements quite challenging to understand, the shower curtain in the Primary Bedroom with blood splatters on the inside, used "intimacy products" under the bed, and lots of the dishes in the cabinets to be unclean. This was Christmas Eve. Christmas morning we woke up and attempted to fix breakfast and found the stove to be broken. We were realistic and didn't expect a Repairman to come Christmas Day so we ate cold food, which we brought expecting to cook all breakfast and dinners on our trip to conserve $, but went out to eat that night - finding only a couple restaurants open and with availability. The Repairman showed up the next day, after numerous communications between the VACASA Rep (local and abroad), to find the electrical components melted and unrepairable. This meant "no more cooking breakfasts and dinners on our budgeted trip for 5". The next night we were pulling into our designated parking space and the next door "neighbor" was belligerent, calling my wife all sorts of names for taking too long to get out of the truck so he could pull in", then proceeded to cus at us telling us to "to go the F--- back home!" It was terribly uncomfortable. The next day we got home from skiing and found a large green sticker on my window threatening us! ##### Lee K. The condo was spacious and had nice amenities as far as the fireplace, hot tub and easy parking. It was a little disappointing finding out the hot tub closed at 9pm. The master bedroom door handle was broken and the lock box guest key was unable to open. The beds were not the comfiest as you felt like you were sleeping on the springs. Makes the place look like a modern apartment. This is a really old building. Laundry facilities are on the outside in a really grungy area and you need to walk in the cold to go do laundry which in 20 degree winter is impossible. Coin operated laundry and no change machine. Supplies in the home were highly inadequate- and we had to make a trip to the grocery store to supplement. Location is just ok. It is on the bus route. The stairs to get to the deck we’re not safe and the cement squares that were the flooring of the deck, moved when you walked on them. Not safe at all. It took local management a day to figure out how we could get in the locked pool door. No pool cues for the pool table. You could tell they tried to renovate the inside, but, there was still A LOT to be done. Local management did change the lock, but other than that, wouldn’t speak to us. Had to call the national VACASA number to talk to them about everything. Will NOT use VACASA again. They said they would consider offering some kind of compensation, but in the end, they refused. We feel that this condo was terribly misrepresented online. Please do NOT waste your time and money on this place. ##### Jason B. Plenty of room for our family of 4\. Just up the hill from Main St, and a free shuttle that comes every 20mins, meant we could leave the car keys and not worry about parking. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Patio had breathtaking views. Finally, I had a couple of questions for the Vacasa Team (property manager) and they were easy to contact and very helpful. We are already starting to plan our return next year. We (three adults and two children) stayed a three-day weekend in this condo. We were so delighted with it! It was clean and very well appointed. The location was close enough to Breckinridge Village to walk and I went into town by foot multiple times (and enjoyed beautiful views of the town against the mountain backdrop as I walked down the hill). The gas fireplace was easy to deal with and warm and lovely to hang out in front of. The kids were excited to find the games and play with therm. The staff was super attentive when I had questions. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. as well as thoughtful things like a cabinet full of spices. Other than food and drinks, guests don't need to bring anything to prepare a meal in the unit. The beds were comfortable and the unit was nice. The location (a half mile from the ski lifts) is very convenient, and walking to downtown Main Street is only a 10- minute trip ##### David C.
