In the summer months, hiking and biking trails are nearby, and the Breckenridge Gondola — just a short walk away — offers scenic rides up the mountain. Most important was having 3 Queen beds plus a pull out sofa. Walking distance to town and shops, meals, and bars. Close to the shuttle pickup for Peak 8 Base or walking distance to the Snowflake Lift. Check to make sure Four O'Clock run is open if you care about skiing down to the condo area at the end of the day. 2 nice hot tubs for apres.
