Location and private hot tub are the two highlights of this condo. First, the condo’s back porch is feet away from the Snowflake run that will take you to Snowflake lift and open you up to the rest of Breck. It truly is ski in ski out and makes for an easy, efficient way to get to the slopes for max ski time. Further, right at the Snowflake lift is Charter Sports which can handle any rental needs your group has. Last on the location point, we walked to town in about 10 minutes and if desired, the shuttle stop is just a few steps away. Overall, location is great and you never have to move the car. Second, the condo has a private hot tub. Nothing beats ending the day by jumping into your own hot tub. We found it to be fully operational, clean and easy to access. Inside is as described. Two baths, one br and a pullout. We fit 4 comfortably. Full kitchen was nice and equipped. Beds were so-so, but OK. Service and communication also great. ##### Thomas S. We enjoyed the hot tub, juat steps out the door. The washer and dryer were a great bonus.
