Near Main Street! Redwood Lodge is an absolute Breckenridge classic. Redwood Lodge has all of the amenities, space for the entire family, and more. With six bedrooms, a bonus kids bunk room, and four full baths, your entire group can spread out and relax. From the Redwood, you can walk three blocks to historic Main Street or walk out the front door to meet the bus about 40 feet away; or stay at home and hang out in the secondary living space with pool table, ping pong and lounge area. The amenities are endless with something to do for everyone. There is large flat screen TV in the living room and rec room, Wifi, pool table and ping pong tables, fenced in yard and features a location just steps to downtown Breckenridge. There is a game table in the living room as well as two couches for lounging around the wood burning fireplace. The west facing deck allows for peak views of the 10 Mile Range and the private back deck hosts a large hot tub. The home has two driveways with ample off-street parking and a two-car garage. This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 6 months. Please call or email us with any questions about availability. \---1st Floor – Ground Level Contains--- PARKING: On the west side of the home, there is a driveway leading to a two-car garage. In the garage you can find access to the lower level of the home, featuring four bedrooms and a rec room with ping pong and pool tables! REC ROOM / BACKYARD ACCESS: The rec room can be accessed through the garage or down the stairs from the main floor. The rec room is perfect for large groups and game night, with a pool table, new ping pong table, huge flat screen TV w/ cable and AppleTV. Just off the rec room is a sliding glass door that opens up into the spacious backyard that is cared for by professional landscapers in town! FIRST BEDROOM: The first bedroom features two twin beds just off the rec room, with a small closet that has extra linens and room to hang clothes! SECOND BEDROOM / FIRST BATHROOM (SHARED): The second bedroom features a log-frame bunk bed that has a double on bottom and twin on top, sleeping three comfortably! The second bedroom has direct access to a full-size bathroom as well! THIRD BEDROOM / FIRST BATHROOM (SHARED): The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with full-size closet and plenty of room in the dual dressers. The third bedroom also shares the full-second bathroom with the second bedroom. FOURTH BEDROOM / SECOND BATHROOM: The third bedroom downstairs has a king size bed with a flat screen TV w/ AppleTV, plenty of dresser space, and a full-size closet. LIVING ROOM / WEST DECK AREA: When you walk in the front door on the main level, you'll walk right into the spacious main living area, with ample seating around a smart TV with cable, two wood-burning fireplaces, a small table for board games, a dining table that seats 8, and access to the west deck. The west deck has a swinging patio bench, along with outdoor chairs surrounding a table and a propane grill to finish it off. With outstanding views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, the west deck makes for one of the greatest places to put the apron on and grill for your friends and family! KITCHEN: This massive kitchen was just recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances and newly remodeled counter-tops, creating the perfect environment to cook meals the entire group can enjoy! There is also a two-person breakfast bar looking over the kitchen space. MASTER (FIFTH) BEDROOM / THIRD BATHROOM (SHARED): Turn right from the front door to enter the master bed, with full-size closet, king size bed and plenty of additional seating and access to the newly remodeled full bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. SIXTH BEDROOM / THIRD BATHROOM (SHARED): The sixth bedroom is the bunk room, featuring two sets of twin bunk beds, sleeping four! The bunk room shares a bathroom with the master suite. SEVENTH BEDROOM / FOURTH BATHROOM: The seventh bedroom features a queen size bed, plenty of natural light with west and north facing windows, a full-size closet, as well as quick access to the fourth bathroom just down the hall. The fourth full size bathroom is just down the hall from the seventh bedroom. NORTH DECK AREA / HOT TUB: Between the seventh bedroom and the kitchen, you'll see a patio door leading to the north-facing deck area that features an 8-person hot tub and views over the 10-mile range and overlooking the backyard just below. There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy. You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This place was perfect for us. The location was perfect for access to Breckenridge and also feeling like you are really in the mountains. The house is a little dated, but the price reflects that. If you want a Luxurious mansion, this is not it (there is one across the street). Communication with property personnel was great, check in and out was easy, overall experience was great. Stay on the 2nd floor and let everybody congregate and hang out, or escape to the first floor for a game of pool or ping pong. Fit 9 adults well. Home is nice but could be great with some TLC and updating, felt a bit worn. We had 8 people staying together. The kitchen is big and there's plenty of seating. We cooked often so made good use of all appliances. Bathrooms are updated and clean. The carpet needs cleaning and house was dusty but not dirty. Most beds were adequate. The lower level bedroom with 2 twin beds were unusable as the mattresses were concave. The hot tub was clean. There is no outdoor seating but there is a deck with a big grill. ##### Nancy A. The location is great, because the free bus stops right outside the front and comes every 30 minutes. The property is nice, just a little aged and worn down. The dishwasher doesn't work and the pool table has been through some rough guests. The kitchen did have a lot of utensils and the hot tub worked great and was almost too hot. You can also walk into town if you don't mind a decent walk back uphill. There is plenty of parking and a lot of board games. ##### Gordon B. The house was very clean, with plenty of room. All bathrooms were clean, plenty of hot water, and no more than 2 bedrooms needed to share a bath - very convenient. Loved the layout. The jacuzzi worked great, and also sparkling clean - first time I ever felt comfortable enough to use a rental house jacuzzi. Was disappointed at arriving to see broken ping pong table in garage - only to come inside, and find a brand new one! Some small items could use some fixing, but nothing that affected our enjoyment of the house. Loved all the natural light - plenty of windows, and great view from the front porch. Really was as advertised, - plenty of room for a large group, great location, hated to leave. Perfect for a family reunion like ours. Only negative - I slept in one of the twins, could use a new mattress. otherwise - 5 star all the way. Would definitely book again if come back to Breckinridge. ##### Jennifer M. Location and ease of check in and check out were great. Very spacious with great layout for 3 families of 5\. Hot tub was clean and worked well. Lots of smart TVs with ability to log in to your streaming apps. Lots of dishes and utensils. Cookware needs updated. Beds and pillows need updated. Baseboard heating in basement was erratic and no response when I called property manager for pointers. Dishwasher top rack was broken upon arrival (we failed to notify property manager of this). Cooktop was not fully functional. No instructions on trash day. We assumed property manager would hire someone to take bins to curb. So they were overfilled by end of our stay. Still 4/5 with way more positives. Would stay again. ##### Cris L. Reviewer Comments: House is not well cared for. Heater vents falling off, base boards falling off. The washer and dryer did not work, the dryer had duct taped buttons, dryer hose was not connected. The fire extinguisher expired in the 1990's. We had to buy basic supplies like dish soap, trash bags and paper towels because what was supplied at the house was very minimal.
