Rare ski in / ski out Breckenridge luxury retreat, great room, wkspace, hot tub

One of only 20 genuine ski in / ski out homes in Breckenridge. Located right on the Snowflake ski run, Westridge Chalet is a beautiful custom home that offers all the luxury and ski slope and trail convenience for your trip to the mountains - winter or summer.

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the home allows for groups to gather in the spacious great room or spread out to find a quiet corner. Sooth those aching limbs in the hot tub and watch folks take the last ski run of the day!

Westridge Chalet's accommodations are situated over 2 & 1/2 levels. On the main / upper level is the living room with open plan kitchen and dining space. The dining table comfortably seats 10, there are an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom offers stunning views of Bald Mountain, king bed, gas fireplace, private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower stall, plus walk-in closet. There is also a small washer/dryer set in the master bathroom. The adjoining office offers generous space to work remotely. The powder room is between the kitchen and the office. There is a deck off the dining room, with a gas grill and outdoor table & chairs.

A half level down and next to the front door to the home is the junior master suite, king bed, private bathroom with shower stall, smart TV. This room also has wonderful views, looking out on the Ten Mile Range and the Snowflake ski trail.

The lower level features the two car garage and entry into the mudroom. There are three bedrooms, TV room, ski/mud room with walk out access to the Snowflake ski trail. The bedrooms are as follows: Queen bed with private bathroom / shower, King bedroom with private bathroom / tub shower combo, Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds - twin over twin / twin over full. There is a bathroom/shower off the TV room for guests of the bunk room. There is a washer and dryer on this level.

The house has two TV's that are hooked up to cable service - those in the living room and TV room. All the TV's in the bedrooms are Smart TV's and require use of your own streaming service - bring your login details. A Google speaker in the living room is connected to the WIFI.

PLEASE NOTE: The home sits on the Snowflake run, just up from the Snowflake lift. Early and late snow conditions determine if the home is ski in/out - poor conditions early or late may mean the run is closed

This house was beyond perfect - our entire group couldn’t stop talking about how great it was!!!! Amanda was so responsive and everything was exactly how they said it would be. Incredible Spot!

This was the perfect getaway weekend for a big group & the location couldn’t of been more convenient. We had no problem walking to Main st to enjoy Breck & enjoyed grilling/hot tubbing at night. Would highly recommend for a large group! We also were thrilled with how much parking was available in the driveway - we will have to come back in the winter for ski season!

A True Ski In / Ski Out

This beautiful house is literally two steps from the Snowflake run, which takes you right to the Snowflake lift… no shuttles, no long walks in ski boots. The house itself is comfortable and spacious.

Best Breck House

We all had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Breckinridge. The house was so conducive for hanging out together by the kitchen and family room, it was wonderful. We played games by the fireplace and had such great moments. Everyone truly appreciated the ski in and ski out, saving so much time. We would come back for sure! What a lovely home and great location.

Gorgeous convenient property

Amanda made the booking super easy and quickly answered questions that we had concerning the property. She was extremely responsive the property could not be in a better location. Beautiful views of the mountains sitting on the covered front porch on rocking chairs was one of my highlights. In addition to having a bear and a moose in the backyard. We will definitely be booking this property again for our family get together.

House was wonderful for our party of 10. Plenty of space. We loved the ample seating in the main room and the open kitchen/ great room set up. All the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the 2 sets of washer/ dryers. The kitchen was very modern and functional for cooking and we cooked dinner every night. The hot tub after skiing was heavenly. The house manager was very communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. The house was immaculate. Our stay was incredible. Enjoy!

Amazing Ski In - Ski Out House. Would rent again.

Great house with nice room/bed options. Location is amazing and you walk out the back door and ski right down to the snowflake lift. Property manager was nice and very communicative. Would definitely stay again. Only issue we had was the TV in the main room kept losing its internet connection so it was hard to stream shows (i.e. Netflix, Amazon, etc) but we weren't there to watch TV so overall a minor inconvenience.

Perfect Location including plus great Ski-In/Ski-Out

This house was the perfect place to stay in Breckenridge! We were only a mile from downtown and literally steps away from the Snowflake ski slope to the lift. The house was set up wonderfully with all kitchen amenities you could want. The bedrooms were separated perfectly for our family. The ski storage/mud room was well equipped with places to hang our ski equipment and built in benches to put on and store our boots. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our Mardi Gras ski vacation!

Amazing ski in ski out!!!

This place is unbelievable!! It is perfect from the minute you walk in. The house was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is beautifully decorated! We loved how the kitchen and family room were one big room. The den had plenty of seating for all 9 of us to lay around comfortably and watch TV or play games. We loved that we could see the ski lift and watch people skiing from our den!! The bedrooms were all great with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are extremally spacious as well!! The ski room ,as we called it, was the greatest thing ever. There were places for all of our coats, hats, gloves, ski bibs, boots, poles and ski's. The cubbies and hooks in this room were the best! It allowed us to keep everything in order and allowed for everything to dry and be ready for skiing the next day! We also loved that they guys come and clear the deck, the driveway and the path to get to the slope. It made it so easy to come and go from skiing! I really can not say enough good things about this house. It was just perfect and amazing with breathtaking views. We would stay here over and over again. I can not think of one thing this house needed!! Amanda was so helpful! She has truly thought of everything for an outstanding vacation! She answered all the questions that we had and really help to make our trip perfect!! This house is a true gem!!! We were so blessed to be able to stay here and enjoy family time and skiing!
