The main living features comfortable furniture surrounding a beautiful gas fireplace where you can relax and take in the incredible views. The chef’s kitchen is situated just off the living area and is just as spectacular as the rest of the home. The property was spotless upon arrival and in excellent condition. It is a short drive (less than 10 min) into Breck and the south gondola lot. We were initially concerned about this aspect, but it is not an issue at all. Especially considering the comfort of the property at the end of the day. I don't typically write reviews about products or companies but I have to mention Summit Mountain Rentals. The customer service received from SMR was so impressive. Every person I communicated with was friendly, courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out are effortless and I received an unobtrusive text to check our satisfaction with the property shortly after settling in for our stay. The company's management was the best I've ever seen. They are super attentive and always respond super quickly. The rooms and beds are super comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Also was uncomfortable sitting around the table each evening for dinner because of the sun. Also, the bed in the main floor bedroom was very high and difficult to get into. The cleanliness was amazing, with heated floors and a ping pong table in the heated garage. They will text you back but won’t fix anything. The house has a lot of small things that need worked on. Internet was never consistent. missed two day of work. Microwave doesn’t fit the dishes.
