We stayed here for spring break 2021\. Jane is great and went out of her way to accommodate an early check in, getting us in before the big storm. She is always quick to respond to to any and all questions. The Big Bear Lodge is an amazing property at the perfect location. The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. The views are amazing from all window, the large deck and the awesome hot tub.. It is also the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The kitchen is large and hasd everything we needed.
